Making phone calls over the Internet is a fun and free way to communicate with family and friends. VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a technology for transmitting ordinary phone calls over the Internet. The most popular provider of this internet communication service is Skype and is one of the fastest growing VoIP applications available today.
